I'm James Lees, an entrepreneur and builder interested in education, technology and human potential.
I co-founded Advantage Learn to help students reach better learning outcomes through practical, high-quality educational support. Building it has taught me a great deal about teams, products and systems built around a purpose that matters.
Now I'm thinking about an AI-leveraged future and what comes next: how AI can make learning more personal, and how technology can help more people unlock what they are capable of. I share what I learn along the way, mostly about edtech, entrepreneurship, leadership and building meaningful things.
